we would like to include here on our system a page concerning the other Buddhic legends, stories and a little about the real systems in the planetary world simply because we use the same words 'buddha' and buddhic' to describe and help identify our system even tho it is not of the same teachings and does not use a history that belongs to those other religions and philosophies....ours stems from 'The Bud' and I have looked at generally many of these factors that are here and very very generally and surfacely there may be a slight similarity in certain ways and instances but not completely in any of them.
There are many and have been many stories of Buddhas...real proven Buddhas..male and female....and work of Buddhas written down by Masters male and female down thru time...throughout many different areas of the world.....
The very first mention of Buddha that I could find in my research ...was that stories and legends were handed down thru the people concerning the Buddha that had been said to have lived a long time before...noone is sure when...and that His Work had been handed down by spiritual teachers for generations before it was written down by a teacher interested in keeping the Work for the future....

Generally
there are many 'fields' for lack of a better term of reference...of
learning or spiritual application concerning the qualifying descriptive
term...Buddha, Buddhic, or Buddhism
That is probably due to the length of time the religion, discipline or spirituality or teaching has been here in the world and as branches of belief or discipline or following broke off and became termed more applicably to their own acceptance growing gradually far enough apart to perhaps even become unrecognizable to the root system where it first belonged.
Each branch or newly formed discipline had its own named leader or Master teacher who extolled the work of or the teaching of either a God/Goddess or Spirit or Buddha or Buddhic representative of some kind..
Sometimes a real Buddha developed a work or a Great Message and taught it to the people who sought Him or Her to learn it
The line of a Buddha has, in some religions and philosophical spiritualities, been carried down thru to present times in the far land of India and perhaps other places also....
There have been Buddhas of great beauty male and female...
And ugly Buddhas
Some Buddhas tall of stature and thin some bulky some short and rugged
Some with laws and rules and spirituality incomprehensible
Some great warriors and great intellectuals..their work on the page speaks for them
And some farmers and business people some refined ...some rough
The Buddha is perhaps the message the people who seek it can understand
The western world has most recently over the last fifty or so years begun to adapt an eastern influence into its space, most especially, of America and there are many forms of buddhism or the basic similarities called by different names which in that instance carry a distinguishing individual philosophy and possibly also a belief.
